Hangzhou is worth trip, Longxiangqiao subway station is 5 minutes walk for better exploring. We really enjoyed merchant marco. Fumei Jia is easy walk to the hotel...

Conveniently located near West Lake and subway station. Spacious twin room with cozy, soft bed. Unexpected amenities like disinfection cabinet, umbrellas, bathrobes, and even a magnifying glass. Non-smoking floor with attentive staff proficient in English. No comment on breakfast option....  

The hotel offers a wonderful location in the heart of the city center with plenty of stores, restaurants and shopping complexes nearby. the night market can also be reached in no time. the well-furnished rooms and clean bathrooms are worth highlighting. the excellent service of the friendly staff and the quality of the breakfast make for an enjoyable stay.

There was a mishap with the charger in the room, which meant the staff left the room unlocked after servicing, leading to an unpleasant experience.
